DGHS has chosen to go with ICD10-PCS as their standard for procedure coding.

CPT (Current Procedural Terminology), developed by AMA, is a very well known and accepted coding system for clinical procedures, where every clinical procedure is assigned a CPT code. Every code has a description and plain language description.
The full CPT list doesnt seem to be freely available, and requires license. For a short list, refer to https://www.mvphealthcare.com/provider/documents/CPT_Codes_FINAL_VT_PandQ.pdf
Note - There can be multiple codes used to describe one procedure.
