Master Client Index has the following sub-services as well:

  1. MCI Location Registry service - this service is used to sync all the information from Location Registry and save it in the DB

  2. Health ID service (Health ID Service)

  3. Background task (to mark HID as Used) - This is a background task that will run and read for created patients. Then this task will send them to be mark as Used to the Health ID service
