You can capture custom observation(s) in Bahmni. This allows for custom observations to be uploaded to SHR. All such clinical observations are uploaded as "FHIR Observation" resources.
To create a template:
- Please follow the instructions in Bahmni WIKI "Concept Set UI"
Your template will show in "Histories and Observation" tabs for a patient in Bahmni.
