Context -

Currently datasense allows a user to schedule a report for a particular facility. But this can be done for a single time only, eg. "Post data for this report for this period". This data will get posted only once for the period selected. In this story we will be enabling datasense to schedule recurring reports, for eg) Post data for this report weekly starting from 25th may, one every wednesday at 10 am

Scope -

In this story we will only cover "weekly" schedule.

AC -

• When admin is on the "schedule report" page, the option to choose "recurring" must be enabled (currently it is disabled).

• Introduce a new button called "Schedule".

• If admin choose the "recurring" option, and the button "schedule" must be enabled.

• If the admin selects recurring posts, selects a date and clicks on the "schedule" button, options to schedule the report must be displayed.

• Display the following options (single select)

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Montly

• When admin selects "Weekly" - Allow admin to define a schedule as follows -

."Staring from [choose future date], every week, on [choose one or more days of the week] at [choose time].

• Once admin defines his schedule and saves it, datasense must start posting for this report every week on the selected day/days at the selected time, starting from the date selected.

Example-

• If today (date-24th may), for COIA quarterly report, and admin defines "Staring from [25th may], every week on [Wed & Friday ], at [10 am]

  • Then, every week from 25th may, on wednesday and friday, morning 10, datasense must post data for selected quarter (it must post on 25th also since its a wed).
